For single-yeast beers, select the yeast name (e.g. Y-32).
For multi-yeast beers, choose the Multi button and enter the location and seal time for the beer.
Use 0 (zero) seal time for an open-kettle recipe.
Seal 2 is Optional. This defines a range (ie Seal = 1200 and Seal 2 = 1050 means you can seal it at anytime between 1200-1050s)
